Roy Bargy (b. July 31, 1894, Newago, Michigan, USA – d. January 16, 1974, Vista, California, USA) performed, composed, and arranged for Charley Straight at the Imperial Piano Roll Company in Chicago in 1919, was leader of the Benson Orchestra of Chicago from 1920 to 1922, later worked with the Isham Jones Orchestra ad Paul Whiteman’s Orchestra, and was music director for Jimmy Durante from 1943 until his retirement.
